Open to all graduate and professional students, the Fourth Annual Graduate Student Poster Symposium is a unique and interdisciplinary opportunity to showcase your research to graduate students across USCs campus and to receive feedback from USC faculty. It’s the only such event of its kind and is sponsored by the Dornsife, Viterbi, Keck, Annenberg and Marshall schools and the Office of the Vice Provost.
Fellowships in the amount of $1,000 (1st place winner), $500 (2nd place winner), $300 (3rd place winner) will be awarded in EACH of the three categories to the top posters by an esteemed panel of faculty judges. The work of the winners will also be displayed in an online research showcase that may be displayed to alumni, outside funders, and potential students. The Poster Symposium is sponsored by the Dornsife, Viterbi, Keck, Annenberg and Marshall schools and the Office of the Vice Provost.
Please submit a 300-500 word abstract in one of three categories (STEM, Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities) by midnight on February 19th, 2012.
*Please note that we accept submissions of research that has previously been presented at other conferences.
** Marshall students may submit to their department for poster printing reimbursement

The Poster Symposium will be held in the VKC Courtyard on April 4th, 2012 from 9:30pm-5:30pm. Presenters are expected to be available to present their work during the judging period (11:45AM-1:30PM).
