Sometimes there are technical glitches that prevent students from accessing the articles they need. If you are experiencing a problem getting an article or book, let us know so we can correct this issue.
If you can’t access an article from a USC Library database:
- From the Library’s homepage https://libraries.usc.edu navigate to “Help”
- Select “Report a e-Resource Problem”
- Fill out the report form
If you’ve found an article via the USC Libraries Catalog and Search page and can’t access it from the item record, you can Report an e-Resource Problem in the lower right corner of the item record.
Even though USC Libraries has a vast collection, sometimes we don’t own or subscribe to them item you need. USC Libraries can obtain these items usually at no additional cost to you. To submit this request, navigate to Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery (IDD), log into your account with your USC Net ID, and complete the form.
